The Anesthesia Department in Narad Hospital is a critical component of patient care.

Our Anesthesia Department include:

• Preoperative Assessment:
  – Patient assessment is done by the anesthesiologists before surgery or other medical procedures to ensure the prerequisites for anesthesia. This involves reviewing medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and considering any relevant medical conditions.
• Anesthesia Administration:
  – includes general anesthesia (rendering the patient unconscious), regional anesthesia (numbing a specific area of the body), or local anesthesia (numbing a small, specific area).
• Monitoring During Procedures:
  – Our Anesthesiologists continuously monitor patients’ vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels, throughout the procedure. They adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Postoperative Care:
  – After the procedure, the Anesthesia Department oversees the patient’s recovery from anesthesia. This includes managing pain and addressing any postoperative complications.
